General Conditions relating to Newtraid© members.

The relationship between Newtraid© and it's members.

It is the intention of Newtraid.org through this online network to provide the highest quality services to members throughout the world who cannot access commercial advice and support.
Although Newtraid© bears no responsibility for the actions of members offering advice and support, it is expected that they act in a professional manner, consistent with sector standards and ethics.
Newtraid© will not divulge without the permission of a member information concerning that members business affairs or technical processes to any third party except with the agreement of the member.
Newtraid© will not divulge any personal or other information concerning any member without the permission of the member other than that made available in the members profile on the web site.

Ethical standards of Members.

Advice and support from members shall:-

Accurately represent their qualifications and experience in their profile or other communications.
Offer only the advice and support for which they are qualified by training and experience, recommending the engagement of Consultants or specialists when this is in the best interest of the Client.
Not, without a member's authority, divulge confidential information concerning their business affairs or technical processes.
If the member recommends goods or services from sources in which they have a commercial interest this must be clearly stated at the earliest stage possible in discussions.
Not accept fees or commissions from Consultancy work directly arising from contacts made at Newtraid©.org. Should it become evident that a project could be commercially viable or the client can afford normal commercial consulting rates the member can enter into an independent contract with the client. In this case Newtraid© involvement would cease but a donation would be expected to support further work by Newtraid©
Have due regard for and comply with relevant law.
Have due regard to the short, long term effects, and possible consequences of present and proposed activities.

Members asking for support

By requesting support or assistance members shall understand that they accept the following conditions:-

They are not in a position to employ a consultant at normal commercial rates.
They are seeking to benefit the community in which they are located.
Is prepared to disclose sufficient information to other members to enable sound advice to be given.
They understand that in consideration of the advice and help being given on a free voluntary basis they indemnify and hold harmless Newtraid©, its owners and its members for any harm to people, or any liability or claim related to any property or business loss or damage caused by acting on any of the information they receive from a Newtraid© member.

General conditions

Your use constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
Newtraid© reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
When you register with us, a password will be created. It is important that you keep the password strictly confidential and do not disclose it to anyone. The reason for this is that you will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your password. If you know or suspect that anyone might know your password then contact Newtraid© immediately.
Registration will give you access to areas where you can send messages, write blog pages, join groups and download / upload reports.
Contributions must be your own, they must be civil and tasteful, they must not contain any unlawful or objectionable content and they must not infringe the law.
You must not use the facilities provided on the site or any subscriber’s information for any commercial purpose, for advertising or for financial gain.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party. Users of our interactive features should also refer to our Guidance to Users
This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to Newtraid© are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will Newtraid© be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.

Guidance to users

Please be considerate of other participants’ access to and enjoyment of the sitet. Post in English only please and avoid using slang or shorthand. Not everyone speaks English as a first language and the translation system on the site is limited to major languages and does not always cope with slang and colloquialisms
People of all ages and backgrounds visit Newtraid©. Please do not use profanities or other words (including shorthand or substitutions) that might offend others
Do not post any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, blasphemous or otherwise unlawful or illegal. A defamatory comment is one that is capable of damaging the reputation of a person or organisation.

No personal information please. It is not acceptable to publicise your or anyone else's contact details except that which is included in your profile. This is for your own safety and that of everyone who uses this service

No spamming or flooding (If you don't know that that means you probably won't do it!)
All posts should relate directly to the discussion topic
