Need free advice and help?
Whatever you or your organisation needs one of our volunteers can give support to help your development.
Support for your organisation
- Does your organisation need additional professional expertise?
- Do you need help in a particular stage in the development of your organisation, for example, to develop programs, seek funding or initiate financial controls?
- Do you need an engineer or manager to assist in a particular stage of a project?
- Do you need to prvide training for your staff?
- Do you want help with marketing your product?
- Are you operating in a situation where budgetary constraints prevent the employment of commercial consultants?
- Could your questions be answered without the need for a consultant visit with expensive travel and subsistence?
- Would contact with a selected consultant via e-mail help in your situation?
Help through Newtraid
The Newtraid© objective is to give advice and support from a network of voluntary consultants using
e-mail and the World Wide Web so if you can answer "Yes" to these questions then we can help.
Newtraid© works on a voluntary basis and consultants give their time freely, so it will be understood
that this help is directed at those organisations that
- Cannot afford to hire consultants at normal commercial rates.
- Support less developed communities by providing employment, improving social, health and environmental provision locally.
It is also possible to use the Newtraid Support Forum. If you have a straightforward question that can be answered in the forum, just ask and you should get an answer - no problem! You can still request help via email or by using the request form for more complex and confidential questions but it might be a good idea to try the forum first.

Support Request Form
In the support request form we ask for some general details relating to your organisation.
This information will only be seen by the Newtraid© administrators and the selected consultant. It will NOT be disclosed to any other party without your express permission. Before submitting your form please read the "Terms and Conditions" page and be aware that when you click the "Submit" button you are agreeing to the conditions under which we provide the service.
What happens when you send the form We will review your response form so that we understand your requirements. You will then be introduced to the consultant who can provide you with the best support. When your outline has been reviewed by the Newtraid© consultant this will be discussed with you. The consultant will then confirm that he/she can provide you with the best available support. All initial contacts are made using e-mail but the extent and time scale of the consultancy will be dependant on the nature of the enquiry.
